Fage greek yogurt 0% has 17 g of protein for 3/4 of a cup. I throw in some frozen fruit, and something to sweeten it just a little, very good, quick and easy.

Just so everyone knows (I read this this morning), Agave syrup has more calories than sugar, and it is processed the same way. They both come from plants. So, everyone who is using Agave syrup because it's more "natural", it's not.

Definitely Quest! They meet all the qualifications for a good protein bar, and they are soooo tasty. I buy mine at GNC, and I have some kind of free membership and I get a great discount with it. I won't buy one that has over 200 calories. Not worth it.

I have a BodyMedia Fit monitor, the one they use on Biggest Loser. It's fabulous, so much more accurate than a Fitbit. I got a brand new one with the bluetooth for $66 on Ebay. Still sealed in the pkg. The best purchase I ever made. Ive lost 63 lbs!

You're doing fabulous, congrats!!! i thought my stomach would not ever go down either, but now as I'm closing in on my goal, it is really going down, almost gone. I wear a BodyMedia Fit monitor....you burn calories 24 hrs a day, even when sleeping. that said, I have noticed an extra calorie burn when driving..not a lot though.
