Usually a green smoothie or eggs and veggies. Or both. Basically anything high in protein. When I was a kid, my mom used to give me oatmeal for breakfast and tell me that it "sticks to your ribs" (whatever that means) and then four hours later when I was hungry again, she would tell me that I shouldn't be hungry because of the oatmeal. I never did understand her logic or why oatmeal supposedly keeps one full for longer...

1 cup of multigrain Cheerios with 1/2 cup of 1% milk, 1/2 cup of mixed berries, which always includes raspberries - they are an awesome fat burner, and a green tea. Keeps me going for 4 - 5 hours no problem.

I have to have my 3 scrambled eggs every morning. Sometimes with green peppers, onions and/or broccoli mixed in. Sometimes with 1/2 cup of oatmeal on the side. But always my 3 eggs :)

    BEST BREAKFAST EVER, HANDS DOWN:

6 egg whites as an omlette with salt+herbs (100ish calories, 18g protein!)
2 slices multigrain toast (150cal) spread with pesto (60cal) and tomato slices (20cal)
    COFFEE.

I'm a major breakfast lover and this is a huge, filling, protein-rich breakfast that perfectly fuels a workout, for under 350 calories.

Coat bottom of pan with salsa
Wait until it starts to simmer
Crack 1 egg, 1 egg white into salsa
Cover until eggs are cooked to the consistency you like
    *Optional:

Egg "muffins" - I use 3 or 4 eggs and about half a container of egg whites and pour over whatever veggies and/or meat and cook for the week. Then I can pop 2 or three in the microwave for 30 seconds for a quick and filling breakfast!

Almost always have a piece of fruit to snack on.

Steel cut oats with banana and peanut butter.

Plain greek yogurt with fruit mixed in.

Arnolds - Whole Grain Health Nut Bread, 1 slice
Market Pantry - Grade A Large Egg, 2 egg
Sargento - Natural Sharp Cheddar Deli Style Sliced Cheddar Cheese, 1 slice (21g)

Put it all in the toaster oven and it's a meal on the go!

quick cooked creamy polenta ( 8 minutes in the microwave) and poached eggs... nom nom nom
  • Half of a sliced banana and 2 tsp cinnamon and 1 egg made into an omellette.. Doesn't sound all that great but it tastes amazing(: and i usually just slice up the rest of the banana and cook it in a pan with some cinnamon on top and then put a little honey on it afterwards. And black coffee.. Gotta have my coffee lol

I love Scrambled egg and smoked salmon in a pitta with a fruit smoothie, literally takes less than 5 mins and I feel really satisfied afterwards.

I don't add anything to my scrambled eggs either to keep the calories down and I enjoy them just as much as if I added butter or milk.
