Alright!!!! Workout #1 complete. If you can call it complete. We did as much as we could. Learned to do Ab Ripper BEFORE the weights. Starting a sensible diet, someone told me to leave out the workout and just log 1800 calories. If anyone else has any advice, we'll take it. FYI you definitely need a mat, my knees are sore…

I am unsure on this one but my best guess is no. Both coffee and tea contain caffeine which act as "de-hydrators".
