Today is my first day of KETO. I have a lot of weight to lose. So I'm hoping it helps. I've done some research about this diet plan and spoke to some people at my work who are doing it. They love it. Of course they mentioned the first 1 week was a killer but I just have to get past it. Good luck to you.

That stinks. My husband who by the way is huge, 6'4 and 328 lbs, notices everything on me. Makes me feel good about myself. Kinda of drives me nuts because he can't keep his hands off me! Really starting to get annoying.

I don't think it matters. It's really up to you, If you want to have more energy for weights- I recommend doing it first. If you want to focus on cardio do that first.

I stick my abs in the whole time I'm crunching. I can still do the breathing too. Once you're done with the shred check out pilates. It has to do a lot with breathing, I finished day 3 and it was tuff. I think it's because I'm so tired. I do it at 3 am in the morning. :yawn:

Today's workout was a little tougher than yesterday because I didn't realize how sore I was. Plus I've been doing my version of C25K and my regular strength training. I was sore. THanks for the calendar Mariah!
