With 6 weeks to go, and at 5 miles as furthest distance, I think you could still do it as long as you're consistent with training for the remaining time. If you increased your long run by a mile each week you'd basically be to 13.1 by the race date. Just take it easy and slow and have the goal to finish, not some specific…

When I first set up my fitbit I felt the same way, that it's over estimating. I unlinked it from myfitnesspal and just use myfitnesspal for food stuff and fitbit as a general tool to hold myself accountable for getting some physical activity.

I question the credibility of this article. Just looks like someone's random blog, and a lot of the points are so ridiculous. Take "3. It contains antibiotics, nasty bodily fluids, and GMOs" Guess what, so do many of the other animal products you eat, fat free or not.

I haven't had weight loss results from the Yoga Meltdown, but I think it definitely helps with toning, particularly in your triceps and shoulders (areas I typically neglect). I did feel more flexible after doing it consistently. That said, it is a CHALLENGE!

Hi! When I first did 30 Day Shred I followed the begginer's example (the blond woman), then when I was finished I repeated it trying to follow the advanced example (the african american woman). I also upped my weights from 5lbs to 7lbs and that made a huge difference. Good luck!
