Hi, I have about 20 kilos to lose and really need a kick up the *kitten* at times to keep motivated. I have lost weight before and then regained it...used job changes and moving as excuses. I have a bit of a journey ahead but like you I need to do this. Time to make a change X

I try really hard to only weigh myself once a week...I do struggle with it as like you I want to see my numbers decrease consistently and I am easily disheartened with fluctuations (even small ones)...but it is a lovely feeling when you hop on the scales after a whole week and the number has gone down.

Hi, I'm 5'7" and am currently 85 kilos (187 pounds). I have managed to lose 22 pounds since this time last year but I am really struggling to keep motivated at the moment. I'm also aiming for the 145 pound mark.

Hello, I have had a couple of days when I haven't consumed enough calories, less than 1200 and a warning comes up up to tell me to eat more. I have also had days where I have eaten my calories and then exercised and the net calories are less than 1200 but no warning has appeared. On that I have assumed that just as long as…
