I have found myself doing the same thing the last couple of nights but realised that I wasn't eating properly during the day or having a "proper" dinner so I was never really full but then started snacking and didn't stop. I'm hoping now that I've realised what's wrong I can put it right. So far today I've had breakfast…

I go to the gym 5 days a week - 3 Spin session, 3 Body Pump & a Pilates. On a Friday and Sunday I do Pilates at home.

Well done, dropping a dress size can feel better than dropping weight on the scales. Keep up the great work.

I love spinning and find it harder than cycling, I can't coast and we do inclines by putting the resistance up, definitely feel as if I'm using my quads as well as my hamstrings. I do enjoy cycling in the summer but don't class it as exercise it's more recreational.

I'm up at 6:30 but don't have breakfast until I get to work, usually eat around 9.30. I wish I could eat earlier but time just doesn't allow.
