about the outfit-i got it at a store called Factory Connection. Its a store with leftovers from department stores-but I dont think you can get it anymore. I love it too but i think i might sell it since ill probabbly never wear it again. I do love it though. and thanks again for all your sweet comments!

Here are some things I have experienced differently since I have lost weight... When I hold up a pair of jeans or shirt and think "noway are these gonna fit" and then they do. Collar bones? never knew what they were til I lost weight. The stalls in the public restrooms seem much bigger...I can actually move in them haha!…

Maybe if you have more small meals during the day. that way you wont have much time before your next meal and maybe if you know you have a meal coming up you will be less likely to snack. I did Ripped in 30 for two weeks and my body changed DRASTICALLY without changing my eating habits from when I was at a plateau. Its only like 10 dollars at walmart. I added it in with my normal workout routine.

That is great motivation! Congrats on the engagement. My boyfriend told me that he doesnt want me to cram all my weightloss in right before my wedding cuz he doesnt want me to get insane about it. You have a great jumpstart and 20 lbs is reasonable for 6 months! You can do it!

my coffee takes up almost 100 calories of mine a day-but i HAVE to have it so I usually log it BEFORE I eat-just about every day I drink 6-8 cups (my coffee mugs are bigger than 8 oz. so its actually like 4 to me) My sweet tea addiction on the otherhand has GOT to stop! lol

I weigh 160 and mine are 15". I thought mine were HUGE and even after a 30 lb loss they have stayed the same..this gives me hope that when I weigh 130 they wont look weird.ha
