I love eating stir fry's at work for lunch. Mostly vegetable stir fry's over 30g of cooked brown rice (approx 110 cal) You can add lean meat for added protein. Advice though is to eat a hearty breakfast, like oatmeal. And make sure you have your morning snack, it'll help you be satisfied with your lunch.

My favorit way to eat it is with half a banana, 1 tbps of peanut butter and 1 tsp of cocoa power. I also eat it with coconut milk and blueberries

Make sure that you eat enough protein. You should eat approx half of your weight in grams. So if your 140lbs you should eat approx 70g of protein per day. have you tried adding Kosher salt to some of your recipes? No calories, and half the amount of sodium of reg salt and it taste great! I use it in rice, stir fry's, pasta, when I cook meats and fish etc.

I normally eat about 400-500. I think of breakfast as the meal that starts off my day. Your body has more fuel in the morning and will burn more calories. As the day goes by, your body will not burn as many calories. Because of that I will have a lighter lunch and an even lighter supper. I also do my cardio exercises in…

It is low, but I found that depending on your age and height anywhere from 40-70 when loosing weight is a healthy number.
