I'm new to this. Been at it for 5 months hard. I stopped all alcohol, switched to de-caf coffee and use Splenda instead of sugar. So far I've lost 59lbs. I also drink between 4 - 8 liters of H20 each day. Oh yeah, I know it's a lot of water and yes, you will visit rest rooms often. But......it's working for me. Suggest you…
