So without that show people don't realize how bad the obesity epidemic is right now? Is that what it's come to?

WHAT DID YOUR DOCTOR SAY? Why ask completely anonymous strangers for advice directly after surgery???
-
If ham hocks and chicken broth are not used then it can't be the best. Sorry.

A doctor telling us real weight loss isn't sustainable.....awesome. The kids signing up up to protect our freedom go through a lot more than these attention *kitten* go through. Nobody is writing them a check for $250k. If you sign up for a "reality" TV show and are surprised by anything you're put through then you had it…

It's only as accurate as the entries it bases its mathematical predictions on.

I'm sure this will be reported but..... Why did you get pregnant with no way of obtaining medical attention unless someone else paid for it...i.e...taxpayers?

Black pepper and peanut butter. Get a little peanut butter each time you dip the spoon. It's an awesome late night calorie filler.

I applaud you wanting to improve yourself. But surely you see a doctor about your diabetes. What does your doctor say about your eating habits? Please don't trust anonymous strangers with potentially life saving advice. Edited to add....Sorry to thread jack. Sometimes I can't keep my mouth shut. My answer is yes, eat some…

I can't believe it's not science.

Is it apple pie with some caramel in it?

Collard greens. Saute an onion and add a ham hock. Add six cups of low sodium chicken broth (not water...that's the secret). Simmer for an hour. Pull hock meat and leave in the broth. Add collards after tearing the leaves from stems and simmer for 30-45 minutes until tender. They should twirl on a fork like pasta.

Start checking out diaries based on profile pics. Find a couple to emulate. I'm at 1900 and hitting it pretty close. Ask around regarding sugars. I don't think that those from fruits (i.e. your banana) have as harmful an effect as processed sugars. Friend request sent.

If you make good choices throughout the day and leave yourself 200 calories, then you could have 2 of these and still accomplish your goals. Ultimately, no one is going to find personal accountability on the internet.

Body Fortress from Wally World is $14 and the best tasting stuff out there IMO. Get a hand blender and whip it u with water. It's like a milkshake. And let your body tell you if you can work out on an empty stomach. You may find it better to have something in your stomach. Don't listen to that nonsense about your body…

Are you losing?

You'd think that science would prevail and there would be one answer. I don't get how there can be different formulae.
