I have sat at the snack bar at Sams club before waiting on tires to be installed on my truck . I love to people watch . I know I need to let it heal . What kind of exercise can I do while I'm letting it heal ?

I have seen my family doctor . He said it was inflamed chest wall / pulled muscles. He told me to take ibuprofen . He wasn't very helpful regarding this . I may need to go to a new doctor . I have read that chest muscles take a long time to heal .

Yes . I can lift my arms . I tend to push through the pain but I suffer the next few days . My husband is getting angry with me . I slept in this morning . :smile: went and visited my Dad for awhile . Ran to town and picked up some necessities from Walmart . Got dog and cat food at Tractor Suply . Did 3 loads of laundry . Now I'm going back to my Dads soon for another visit then home to make dinner .

My husband and daughter are very supportive . They both eat whatever I cook or make so healthy eating isn't a big deal for them . My daughter walks with me . 2-3 miles every day it's nice enough to go walk outside .

Usually egg substitute with some salsa mixed in . Turkey bacon or turkey sausage and a whole grain light English muffin . Once in a while I will eat regular eggs .

I know what your going through . I love sugary cereals . Cinnamon toast crunch being my favorite . I just quit buying unhealthy cereal . I buy Kashi cereals . Indigo mornings being what I like now . I use vanilla almond milk instead of cows milk . The almond milk adds a little sweetness .
