  • I always look at old pictures of myself when i was the weight that I want to be now and also at pictures of friends of mine that look great and jealousy usually takes over and I convince myself to put down the snack and go to the gym. It is very hard to stay motivated for me too but that's what works the best
  • I dont think a cheat day is a bad idea. I feel that every time i had one before I always took way too advantage of it. So now I just have the cheat meal or occasional snack or if im going out, my drinks are my cheat meal and i've learned not to feel bad about it and just get right back on track right away.
