  • Congratulations, amazing job! :)
  • Nope, you're not the only one. I always check. It's important to me that I know what I'm putting into my body, and I'm especially 'particular' about tracking my nutrition. If you asked my boyfriend though, he would tell you that I'm OCD about it, since he commented on this very thing just the other day. :P
  • I drink Nutiva hemp protein shakes since I'm vegan, but before I was, I used to drink Body Fortress. It can be found at Walmart and it's insanely cheap (about $14 for a 2lbs tub); it really did last me forever. I should probably mention that ingredient quality is really important to me, and I was surprised after reading…
  • Same thing happens to me as well; my knees pop quite often during exercises. I always make sure to warm up, but it happens anyway. No pain or joint issues though, so I haven't been too worried about it. It's nice reading similar responses though. :)

If I want to go out to dinner at a restaurant and have something special, I might make healthier choices…
  • You look amazing, great job! :)
  • If I absolutely have to eat on the run, I'll make a protein shake, with soy milk, and a banana blended together. Loaded with good protein and complex carbs.
  • Jump squats. So good for you, but so awful.
  • I sincerely wish you the best of luck. This site is a great place to help track everything and gain support. :) I'm a long-time vegetarian, but vegan as of the past year (ethical). I have definitely seen an overall improvement in my health and healthier looking skin as an added bonus - so I wish you well with it if it's…
  • That's incredible, good work! You really do look years younger; and just like someone else commented earlier - I had to check back on the first picture to make sure it was still the same person. :P It's amazing how much of a difference just 26 lbs makes.
