I really don't care what people look like, what they wear, or in general what they're doing... but there's one thing that really bugs me. Curling in the squat rack. Even worse, curling with dumbbells in the squat rack.

Same here - my club is closing at 5PM tomorrow. I'm wondering what this means for my membership as well, as I'm another long-term member also.

Yep, agreed. I was working with a 35 lb weight plate on my chest, and it got to the point where I couldn't increase it much more without it being extremely awkward with a huge plate. However, lifting weight overhead makes it very challenging.

At first I was really intimidated. I started going either really early or really late, so there'd be maybe 1-4 people in the weight section of my gym. Now I don't care at all - I just do my thing. :tongue:

I think you're referring to me. I use a heart rate monitor to track my calories, so I just made my own exercise called "Just Dance 3" and put in my HRM calorie burn for it. Got in some late night dancing and these were my best scores for tonight. I'll be playing more all week though since I'm having an absolute blast with Just Dance 3, so hopefully I'll be able to improve upon these. The song selections were really high energy, my average heartrate was 145 and I maxed out at 170 sometime…
