I use a HRM when I play Just Dance 4. The other day I burned 483 calories in 51 minutes. It can be a pretty decent workout. I try to push myself pretty hard when I use it as my exercise for the day.

Any of the Just Dance games, Zumba Fitness Rush, Zumba Fitness Core, or Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012. I have used all of these, and I always work up a good sweat. :)

You can put in the minutes and then just delete the calories MFP automatically puts in and replace it with whatever your HRM says.

Have you entered your stats into the watch? If not, that may account for the low calorie burn. I have the Polar FT7, and you should be able to enter your stats on the watch (height, gender, weight, etc). I really enjoy both Zumba Fitness Rush and Zumba Fitness Core for the Kinect. You can choose from a variety of songs/styles/intensities. They both have multiple pre-made classes that you can take (they vary in length). If you prefer, you can also create your own custom class.

I have Zumba Fitness Rush and Core for the xbox and I would really love to get Your Shape Fitness Evolved. I've heard great things about it. I love using the xbox for my exercise. I do other things as well, but it has definitely helped me shed some pounds.

The game calorie count is WAY off. I have seen multiple reviewers complaining about this. I did a 50 minute session on the game the other day and it said I burned 151 calories. My HRM said 400+. It's interesting because with Zumba Fitness Rush (made by the same people) my HRM was always lower than the game. I don't know…
