It's difficult to calculate the burn for strength training, but you can log it under the cardio section to get a rough estimate.

Well, I am at 38 weeks now. I was dilated to 1cm yesterday, and the midwife said she was able to feel the baby's head a bit easier than my previous appointment. With my first, I was induced just shy of 42 weeks. She did not want to come out at all! She never even dropped down. I ended up with a c-section due to multiple complications. Hoping to avoid that this time, and so far the doctors are optimistic.

The fitbit does not track heart rate. If you'd like to track your heart rate during cardio workouts, you would need a heart rate monitor.

It could be scar tissue causing the discomfort. I don't have a tear scar, but I do have a great deal of pain with my c-section scar from time to time. My doctor said it is likely scar tissue or possibly ligaments and as long as the pain is not constant not to worry.

Ok, if there are 524G in the can and a serving size is 252G, that means there are roughly 2.08 servings per can (divide 524 by 252). That means the whole can would be roughly 208 calories (2.08*100). I think I did that right. :)

According to the link, I am having a girl as well. I would love it if it turns out to be true, as I have all girl stuff from my daughter. However, I'll be happy either way. I think we will find out, but we may keep it a secret from our families.

I haven't really slowed down to much and am doing the same stuff as before - zumba, weights, circuit training, cycling, walking/jogging, and yoga. I try to work out 6 days a week, but I am sure I will slow down once I get a bit bigger.
