I personally enjoy Rodney Yee's videos. He has several different levels (beginner, intermediate, etc.), so you can select the video that's right for you. Here's a link to his site - http://www.yeeyoga.com/

I don't use the MFP estimates, but I burn more on the stationary bike than I do walking (calculated with HRM). A stationary bike workout can be quite intense if you work hard and use some resistance or do intervals. I am sure it varies from person to person though.

Fage 0% plain is a good choice. It's fat free and only contains naturally occurring lactose sugars.

Bump. Sounds delicious!

I am still interested. :)

bump.

You can log it under cardio if you want to get a rough estimate. Just search for strength training.

Well done! You look fabulous, and the dress is beautiful! Congratulations on your loss and your upcoming wedding. :)

Bump. Sounds wonderful. Definitely going to try this.

I will try and come back tomorrow with more suggestions, but I am currently reading Serena by Ron Rash. It reads like a reworking of Shakespeare's Macbeth, though I think Serena is even more evil than Lady Macbeth.

Bump for later. I will definitely be making these.

If you are doing an exercise that the fitbit doesn't track well, you can record it on MFP as long as you have your fitbit synced with MFP. You have to make sure you enter the precise time you started the workout when you record it on MFP. It will then adjust accordingly, and you will not be double counting anything. Hope…

Congratulations! Keep up the fabulous work! :)

I have Just Dance 3 for the Wii, and Just Dance 4 on the xbox. I prefer Just Dance 4 - mainly because I think the song selection is a bit better.

MFP recommends you turn it on if you wear the fitbit consistently and you are able to sync multiple times during the day. Apparently, this will give you more accurate feedback. If you do not wear the device all the time and/or you don't sync it very often, they recommend opting out. There's a little bit more explanation…

Do you have a fitbit linked to your MFP account? If so, that may be why. I frequently have negative adjustments at the beginning of the day, but they go away as I am more active throughout the day. If you want, you can always turn off the negative adjustments by going to to My Home > Settings > Diary settings. For more…

She mentioned it in a post shortly before you initially asked. She said she's consuming about 90g.

Definitely agree - especially with Zumba Core. I did a medium length class the other day (about 48 minutes) and got 4-5 stars on all of the songs. It told me I burned 98 calories. Obviously that was not true. Zumba Rush tends to read really high, while Core is way low (at least for me). I would never trust calorie counts…

My husband plays Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, etc. and he said the 250GB would probably be best. Those games take up a bit of space. We have the 4GB Xbox, but my husband ended up buying a bigger hard drive for it.

If you don't have a HRM, you can use this site to get a decent estimate - http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/

Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 is a decent game. It has a wide variety of workouts including boxing, body weight exercise routines, dancing, running, jump rope, etc. Of the Zumba games, I personally enjoy Zumba Fitness Core the most, though Zumba Fitness Rush is not bad either. Just Dance 4 is great too. :)

http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned Use that site to calculate the calories burned. You can then create your own exercise in the database.

I've eaten them for breakfast on occasion because I do not like eating a huge breakfast. However, most of the time I either eat them as a snack or with something else as a meal.

Here's what MFP says about strength training calories:
-
You can add it under cardio. Just search for strength training.

I am currently planning to give up fast food (except for pizza). It's not healthy, and most of the time I feel pretty gross after eating it. Hopefully it will be a permanent change.

Awesome work! You look fabulous, and that is one beautiful dress.

Wish I would have seen the post last week, but I'd love to join this week. :)

You look absolutely amazing! :)

Fabulous job! Keep up the amazing work! :)
