Having healthy snacks are key. Also protein/ high fiber meal combos help to keep you fuller longer than high sugar meals.

Fiber bars work great! Apples and Pears are also high in Fiber. Cereal, blueberries, beans, and broccoli are great too. I tried supplement and the stuff u add to water.....DIDNT WORK. Its best to get your fiber from natural foods. I also keep Oroweat Double Fiber bread on deck as well

Yes. I am a mother of 4. My oldest is 16 and my youngest is 9 months. It took me about 1 1/2 to lose the baby weight from my first 3, but I did not gain nearly as much weight as I gained with my last one. Before I got pregnant I weighed 160lbs.
