I like to keep it easy and simple. I mix up some extra virgin olive oil with some garlic (or garlic salt in a pinch) and then I lay out some foil and lay the salmon and whatever veggies i want (asparagus is my fav) on the foil and brush the olive oil/garlic mixture over the salmon and veggies. I also have struggled with acne and PCOS from 12-27. I am now 28 and still have slight acne but I find my skin clears up a TON when I steer clear of dairy and too many white carbs. Also I find LOTS of water (or green tea) and a vitamin C supplement help work wonders. I try to do all of these things and it really helps.

We use a little splash of non-fat half and half, it's 20 calories for 2 TBSP. Which is actually more than it seems. That or you can add a couple oz's of skim milk.
