  • when i was pregnant, i got a really bad cold and wasn't eating much, i lost 11 lbs in a week and i wanted to make sure that was ok , since i was pregnant, my doctor told me, it's ok, you could live off your fat for a few weeks..just what every pregnant woman wants to hear..lol

  • haha..i'm kind of like you i weigh myself everyday..sometimes several times a day, just for fun, like before and after i pee..lol..but yeah i only record it once a week..i wish i could go a whole week without checking everyday, cause then if there's a loss, it will seem bigger :)
  • i just started the water thing 2 weeks ago, i was drinking LOTS of crystal light iced tea and some soda before..for me it has helped a ton, i lost 4 lbs the first week and 2.4 this past week, but i know i was dehydrated before and it made me retain extra water weight..i think it also fills you up, which helps you not eat…

  • try gum..that's always a trick that bob tells the contestants on the biggest loser..you can get different flavored ones, and the sugar free ones are only like 5 calories..plus you get the chewing action, so you can kind of trick yourself into thinking you're eating..and i think if you're stressed it might feel good to bite…
