I think you should try to ignore the people around you. Have you tried listening to an iPod so you can tune them out? Maybe go when the gym isn't so busy. I don't know what it's like to be on a military base, just speaking from when I belonged to a gym. I hope that you can over come your anxiety about it. Best of luck!

This is my first day back using this app in at least 6 months. My beginning weight was 237. I am now at 196. A few years ago I was at 150. Starting weight was where I am at now. Unfortunately I gained everything back that I had lost to get to that weight. Plus some. :(. Then I lost 30 again and gained it back. So far so…
