yeah one of my aunts and my cousin have taken the classes and loved them too. I need something i can do from home though but so many of those videos they look so boring and i don''t think i would stick to them. Zumba looked like it would be pretty fun and easy pick up.

pot roast is an easy and yummy crock pot meal. You can make almost any recipe in those things i love my crock pot! you can even make chicken alfredo you just add raw chicken, uncooked noodles and sauce and put the lid on.
