I've done the Wild Rose cleanse a few times. It's great and you eat as much as you want after eliminating certain food categories like wheat and dairy. It's a good way to train yourself to move towards a low GI or gluten free diet.

No need to generalize. There are plenty of reasons why a woman may choose not to lift heavy weights that have nothing to do with fear of hard work (seriously?!) or bulking up. There are plenty of fit men who don't lift heavy weights either.
