I am back on track on MFP since yesterday and I have over 100 pounds to lose. Would love to be added on.

Thank you for the invitation. I have lost 6 lbs in 2 days. I know most of it is water retention but it feels good. I decreased my carbohydrate intake and increased my protein intake

Me too. Its been hard lately. I have been eating the wrong type of foods like ice cream and donoughts and not exercising, Am going to do my best to get back on track as of this moment. Hope to have an excellent report today

Wow congratulations on your weight loss. I too started at 313 lbs and am now down to 287.6. Still have a long way to go but thought it would be impossible to get to 180. How did you do it. Please add me as a friend.

Feel free to add me as a friend. I too am morbidly obese and have finally decided to take my weight loss seriously since I have a daughter and grandson that I want to be around for. My grandson is 9 and his father ( my son) died at age 19. So let's make it happen this time. We can do it

Dont give up. Remember you might be losing inches instead. The scale numbers will eventually change if you dont give up.
