  • Pfft its blatant discrimination like this that makes me post a profile picture of some random, yet stunningly handsome stud muffin guy. I can't help that I have no head to show........the real me is below :(
  • lol his death scene is fantastic :D
  • Tbh I much prefer a girl who has curves than one who is stick thin. I want a woman who looks like a woman, not one who basically looks like a boy in a bra. If that means she has a few extra pounds thats fine with me :) Obese can mean quite a wide range. For example many girls with curves and a little bit of extra flesh and…
  • Hi, I am in Reading, and always happy to have new friends :) You can never have too many :D Feel free to add me !!
  • Mayan's supposedly say (read: No they didn't) that the world will end on Dec 21st 2012........which is also the day of the Winter Solstice. Will the world be ending first thing in the morning or later in the day ? As if its early morning before dawn there's going to be a lot of upset Druids at Stonehenge who will miss the…
  • lol why have I ONLY just found out about this :) Count me in, invite away please :D
  • I count all time going up on the button lift (different muscles but Im still have to use control and muscle grip) and time coming down the slope. I usually knock a bit off to be on the safe side. But I normally go for about 4 hours, (not including breaks and stoppages) and usually log it as 3.5
  • ROFL you have made my day with that comment :D
  • A combination of things. Denial was the worst thing for me, but when I hit certain points I knew that things had to change urgently. 1. I was wearing a 44 inch waist in jeans (and they actually sit BELOW the waist) 2. I was getting out of breath going up one flight of stairs 3. I saw a picture of myself on a flight to…
  • Im in Blighty :D
  • On a side note in Europe, waitering is considered a career in several countries and they won't accept tips. They make a good wage and consider a tip to be a little bit insulting.
  • Totally agree. Im in the UK and I know that waiters and waitresses get a low but decent enough wage. Its certainly not US levels of pay. I tip if the staff fulfill basic customer service standards. If they are polite, helpful, and informative they get a tip. If they act like they don't care at all then they get nothing. If…
  • My Cube Analog 29'er - Love my bike :D http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/ll184/echowitch/Public/bike_zps465f3fb7.jpg
  • Sounds like you have chav's living next door to you :( Sadly there are way to many of them in Blighty these days :( Best thing to do (that doesn't involve a meat cleaver, lots of bin liners, a couple rolls of carpet, and a bloody good alibi) is just put your headphones in and ignore them. Remember they are negative and…
  • Perfectly put :) Its badly written rubbish, that is filled with filler material (the emails, the rules, etc are just there to pad the pages out,) and its completely unrealistic. I've written better material than what you find in those books. And to quote one friend (female btw) - "Why do so many women feel the need to read…
  • We have a "Sweet Fairy" in our office. A mysterious person (we know who it is but she denies it everytime) who bring in a huge amount of sweets on a regular basis. We are talking about £30+ (thats about $40-50 for those of you across the pond.) Annoyingly she puts it at the end of her pod so its right in my eye line. She…
  • Sleep: 5 hrs/day Exercise: 1.5 hrs/day Monday to Friday (cycling to/from work) Work: 7.5 hrs/day (occasional weekends, and doesn't include caring for my autistic son ) Work type: Sedentary
  • Less talk....more giving me caffeine.......NEEEEEED caffeine !!!!! :) I try to limit myself to one coffee a day (I have it with sugar) and have tea the rest of the day (which I have without sugar) I don't notice any difference other than when my caffeine levels are low. I should probably cut back on the caffeine tbh :)
  • I have "Battle Stations" by Winger as my alarm clock and ringtone on my phone. Ensures that I wake up raring to go. Definitely no sleeping through it lol :)
  • I quit 5 1/2 years ago and Im so glad I did. But it was a tough couple of first days. I found the hard way, the keys to success are: 1. Smoking is routine, choose a date/time when your normal routine would be broken. Like the weekend 2. Keep busy. Do something fun that keeps your mind off of smoking 3. Stay away from other…
  • Im in Reading..........please help me escape it :D
  • Im in Blighty :) (UK for those that don't know) :)
  • I will probably go on a spending spree at Burtons and Next and buy all those tshirts I've always wanted to wear but can't as they are either too small, or they look bad on me because of my less than svelte figure :) Plus I will have fewer problems trying to find clothes for myself.....as if being 6'4" wasn't hard enough :(
  • Don't eat yellow snow ;) But seriously..... Live life to its fullest. Find someone to love who loves you back with all their heart Enjoy your time on this small ball of rock hurtling through space Don't let others put you down Be confident....you ARE awesome !! :)
  • There's been two occasions where I've put on weight. First - I was going out with a girl when I was 18 through to 23. My family ate at 6-6:30pm. Normal healthy portions. I would then jump in the car and drive up to see her. She lived 30 minutes drive away. Problem was her family ate at about 8:30pm. And I was EXPECTED to…
  • Im 6'4, and my dominant hand wrist is 7.5 inches. I've had my Doctor tell me Im "big boned", (not actually JUST referring to bones but general frame) so anyone saying there's no such thing as "big boned" is ill informed. Even when I slim down to the healthy range I will still be 1 to 2 stone heavier than what the guide…
  • Im in Blighty too :) Im not a fan of the squashes and cordials, they always taste overly sweet to me. I've tried green tea but I don't like the taste. Earl Grey I love and usually have a couple of cups of it a day. In fact I weaned myself off of constantly drinking coffee during the day by switching to tea. I still have…
  • AAARRGGHHHHHHHHH lol I've been very good and I've resisted all of the chocolates. just 1 hour and 20 minutes to go now :D
  • I cycle 6 miles to work, and close on to 9 miles on the way back home as I take a more scenic route on the uphill route back home. Its helping me slowly to get slimmer and fitter. (I just need to lay off the snacking.) The only problem I find is that because I do it every day to and from work its having less of an effect…
  • Oh I've been having diet coke.......its helped me feel full up, and at the same time "feels" like a sneaky "treat" :)
