  • When you don't have much time, do an interval training. Interval training help you to burn calories long after you have completed your work out and you don't have to go as long when doing an interval training. I think it is always a good idea to change things up.
  • I agree that adding more Cardio to your workout regimen will be helpful, but it could also be what you are eating. You may have to adjust what you are eating.   • I think we all have felt like, "What's the point" at some time or another. When I have those days, I have to remind myself why I am doing it... i.e. health, family, quality of life, etc. and then I do what I call a "RESET" I don't think about what I didn't do or haven't done, I just look forward at what I can do next.…
  • I stopped drinking sugary drinks and eating white rice (which I loved). I also started planning ahead of time what I was going to eat and when I was going to exercise. Planning has been key for me to stay on track.
  • Planning is key... you have to have a plan and be preparred ahead of time for your moments that you know you may cheat. Try keeping healthy snacks in your purse. Pre-plan your meals and having them in your fridge at home. I hope this helps. Good Luck!
