I completed day 3 of level 1 today. I am really sore but hoping it gets easier over the next week so I can move onto level 2. If anyone else is doing it you can add me! I log everyday :)

I used to hate water also, but didn't really drink much of anything. and if I did it was soda or juice. Now all I do is drink water. I fill my 24oz bottle atleast 5 times a day.

I am 206 and just started it yesterday. I just about died and am really sore today but I am going to keep going. I am excited to see the results when I complete the 30 days. I think you can do anything you put your mind to no matter how much you weigh.

Exactly! With my first I was 185 lbs at 5'6, and I didn't have any problems with the test or the worry of diabetes, however now at 206 I am worried that I could have it and want to eliminate that possibility.

Don't lose hope! It took my husbands parents 7 years before they had him, and they also had him in their mid 30's. :)

Um...I am 206 lbs at 5'5. i'm pretty sure I would have to lose like 100 lbs to be underweight...........I want to be 145. that is not underweight.

I agree! I would rather not exceed what I am now by becoming pregnant. One of my friends can't seem to understand that. She thinks I'm wasting my time.

I usually eat greek yogurt in the morning and always have a serving of almonds and usually some sort of chicken for dinner. Other than that I'm finding it hard to figure out more. I am not a huge egg person and don't eat any fish.

I started out eating 1200 calories because that was what MFP gave me for a number and I did the same thing for 6 weeks. I was only netting between 800-1000 and I lost 15 pounds, but then I couldn't lose anymore and I felt like crap. Needless to say I stopped that and now eat between 1400-1600 and feel a lot better.…

Wow!! thank you for sharing your success!! I have a similar body now at 208lbs and 5'5. This is truly inspiring for me as I want to get to 150lbs and seeing it's possible is extremely motivating. :)
