Ilove2dance: no worries, you were kicking butt this week with exercising. The scale doesn't always show it. I'm a bit nervous to weigh in tomorrow as well, had a one bad day and it's TOM today...of all days. I'll log in tomorrow am and hope for the best. Good luck everyone!!

I love PB as well, I don't eat it often but when I do it's natural PB (no sugar) and I limit it to 2 TBSP which is more than you would think.

I have the C25k app on my phone. My plan is to build up my endurance/speed by walking every day in July, then trying the app for the month of August. I am hoping to at least jog one mile, if I walk the rest I'm good with that (maybe..I am a bit competitive lol)
