Just water retention so that your muscles can repair themselves....it'll go away. And a pound of muscle and pound of fat both weigh a pound, but a pound of fat is larger (occupies more space) than a pound of fat.

Thank you Rafor. I've been maintaining for about 6 weeks now, I was trying to lose a little more in that time period but was unsuccessful. My weight loss was also very slow to begin with because I didn't have much to lose. But maybe this long stall was a perfect break for my body. :smile:

I was trying to drink less soda and have been doing well so far, but I splurge once in a while, but don't really enjoy it as much as I used to....Guess that means I should just give it up for good!!!!! I'M IN!!!!

I usually gain a whopping 7 lbs!!!! It's just water weight and it will go away. I never log my weight during my TOM. Matter of fact, I don't even get on the scale lol!

The beauty of P90X is that most of the moves are easily modified. It is a difficult progam....I'm in great shape and some days even I have to hit pause (Mostly on Plyometric day, that dvd is a BEAST). You'll be doing plank jacks like a pro in no time if you push through it! I finished her new dvd Ripped in 30 recently...on one of the levels she does two solid minutes of cardio in the plank position. That dvd is a beast. I moved on to it after finishing the shred (which was really hard for me when I started). Good Luck!!!
