  • It happens to me all the time. I seem to do better on weekends with a little structure in it, like if I know I'm going out to breakfast I'll check the menu first to make wiser choice. I also "attempt" to keep on track like I do on weekday to eat around the same time. It's the drinky poo's that get the best of me :drinker:
  • When I'm in a potato chip mood, I'll count out the serving and put the bag away. My fav is Cape Cod, 40% less fat. They are really yummy! What's yours??

  • Got the gym out of the way this morning! Actually got up early on a Saturday morning to do it - pat myself on the back :) Calories burned: 194 (okay, so I didn't work out too long, but heck it's Saturday and I had to push myself to go!!!)
