It seems to reset at about the 10 lbs lose. You make it happen more often by going in and resetting your goals, even keeping the same goals but using your current weight will reset the calorie count for you.

I injured my right wrist years ago and can't do the standard pushup. Modify your style by making both hands into fists and knuckles down. This keeps your wrists straight and avoids the pain of trying to bend the wrist.

This one isn't truly mexican but has the flavor. I tried this one and it was pretty good. You have to adjust to your personal tastes though Southwestern Beef & bean Burger wrap Ingredients 12 ounces 93%-lean ground beef 1 cup refried beans 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapenos 1 avocado,…

I am done to the last 10 lbs to my first gw. It is like my body doesn't want to let go of it's lifelong best friend. These pounds seem to be super glued. Makes it even more frustrating when I work out with great intensity, and the calorie burn is soooo much lower than it used to be for the same thing. If nothing else…

This might not help, but I think my insurance company charges me more just for breathing!

I met my husband at the car wash! I was working there part-time and he kept coming through in driving his corvettes and the Z-28. He would ask me out to dinner and movies and I would turn him down. He finally came in driving his pickup truck and wearing his work clothes. I asked him out that day. We have been together for…

All I can say is WOW...you look awesome! Great work.

That is an awesome NSV! I had to laugh when I read it because I just had to go purchase new pants because all of my are too big to just belt in place. The pants do seem to have gained some length too!

I took a quick peek at your diary. I would suggest cutting out some of the processed foods. They tend to be high in calories and/or sodium and don't fill you up for very long. I still have one soda a day, but have greatly given up on the processed foods. The weight has some off nicely as I really only got into changing my…

I log pretty good during the week, but the weekends I tend not to log as well. I usually am too busy and don't put everything in. I like to look at diaries and see if there are any meal ideas for myself! Add me if you would like.

I can vary up to 5 lbs during TOM. I lose it pretty quick after though.

Starting weight was 209 current 174 goal of 160 once I reach 160 I will re-evaluate whether I want to go lower or if I am satisfied with where I am.

Excellent job! I am trying to do the same, but haven't quite made it. Totally addicted to soda. I envy your ability to stop! I will be there one day.

The only time it is too late is when you are taking a ride in a long black car. When you decide it is time, and you are dedicated to doing it...it is the perfect time. I signed up couple of years ago, but didn't really do much with it. Back in February of this year I finally decided to make a change. I feel amazing now…

I love my garden! 3 different types of tomatoes, Green, yellow and red peppers Asparagus beans, Italian beans and bush green beans Okra herbs 3 types of potatoes, watermelon cucumbers summer squash zucchini leeks and season is over but had spinach and romaine lettuce. Gardening is awesome because the food tastes better!

certain items (bulky in size) can be done either as weight 1 cup is 8 oz or you cut up the asparagus and put the cut up pieces in a measuring cup until you have a cup. Most times, when doing veggies, close is good enough.

I like your reason...just because.

I'm 5'9" and I started this journey at 213 lbs. My current weight is 175 and I am aiming for 150-160. Once I hit that goal, I'll see if that is where I want to be.

That is wonderful! I am very happy for you. It is a truly exciting thing to experience!

Are you drinking enough water? I find if I don't drink enough water, even on non-workout days, then workouts are going to leave me with sore muscles. Almost 40 is not what is making you sore, your new routine just is going to take some time for your body to adjust to if you weren't physically active before. If you were…

I have eaten 163 calories as of 1 pm

Cycling! Next favorite would be elliptical

I try to eat back the calories from exercise. I am set at sedentary so the calorie burn is not calculated in to my figures. The only time I do not eat them all back is after an intense cycling session when I burn 1200 or more calories...hard to eat that many calories back on top of the daily intake.
-
I would love to workout with a friend. I have taken multiple friends to the gym with me. They just quit coming because I workout too intensely for them. They come planning on having a chat session and I am pushing too hard to give decent responses/ Make sure you take friends that are serious about working out.
-
The more support we get and give, the easier it is to stay with it! You can add me and we help one another through this journey.
-
LOL...that was me yesterday. I couldn't even bother to cook. We went out to dinner.
-
You look amazing! I am so happy for you!!

Are you doing this challenge in July? Kind of late to join now, but I love cycling and will join if you have it in July!
