I was fine by my self reply Erm on line talking to oneself with witnesses (so need help LMAO) Lunch work outs would be a good idea but only get a 30min window so that is out the window. Going to have to agree with Dalehall, the warm in insanity as they say is like most others work out. Just about starting to get through it without stopping now......but then I am "seriously" out of shape. As everyone on Team Beachbody and Insanity say is "Dig Deeper" LOL
