When I know I'm gonna drink a couple cocktails (or beers) I just make sure I get in a really good workout earlier that day then I don't feel guilty about drinking 400 calories...lol!

Thanks to everyone that gave there input...I told my husband I would complete the warm up part and then probably be done! I do have bad knees so I will be sure to wear both of my knee braces...thanks again! We are starting it tonight when he gets of work!

I didn't read all 4 pages of posts but I just started the 30 day shred yesterday (ouch) and was wondering if most people are doing it everyday for 30 days or taking a day off after the workout to rest muscles????
