I am 5'8 and when I was 187 I wore a size 12/14 depending on the brand I am 175 now and wear 8/10 :) Hope to get down to 148 and use a 4-6 maybe? fingers crossed!

I just opened mine today! I try to eat clean most of the time and have a chocolate or ice cream now and then.. I looove tea too!
