i didnt because I ran 3.5 miles in 25 minutes at the beach and 30 minutes on the elliptical so I had about 1700 calories I can eat...but my net was only 1500 cal and i still feel like a pig!

actually you can boost your metabolism but not permanently... Strength training is a good way to boost your resting metabolic rate that's because Muscle is active tissue that consumes calories while stored fat uses little energy.

Alli is an FDA approved drug but it is expensive and it is a lower dose of the prescription drug...but yes it is a diuretic (gives you the runs..diarhhea) when you eat fatty foods...which makes you dehydrated which slows the weight loss..
