for snacks I put one serving size into snack bags and take that with me so I know how much i'm eating. If you continue to eat less your stomach will get used to eat and begin to feel fuller with smaller portions

are you eating a lot of fruit? I was having the same problem and for me it was fruit. I since cut a lot of it out.

so it's not really a minor side effect....the bloating is pretty intense and leads to cramping. It may be an allergy since I've noticed it with lots of different fruits, but yes more often and more intense with apples and pears.

I just finished it last night. Results weren't significant but I did lose a few lbs and I fell way stronger. This only happened with other cardio workouts that I did though. I would suggest mixing it up with other workouts. Good luck!

I hate canned soup...even the healthy choice ones...I tried them and there was no taste to it at all. My cafeteria makes this awesome tomato basil soup with spinach and penne pasta in it and it's delicious but I'm so hungry very soon after...

I hate my scale too. It stares at me everytime I use the bathroom and I'm always so curious. I weighed myself this morning (even though its not weigh in day just cause i'm curious) and I lost 0.4 lbs. I should be happy but I wasn't. I hate that it's taking so long too!

I'm on day 21 and I've lost about 2.5 inches but only about 5 lbs. But I do see some defintion in my shoulders and arms and I'm getting a little stronger. After shred I will be starting her new "Ripped in 30" and then I will do another round of 30 day shred this heavier weights. Good luck!

try eating a little more a day. it's a good idea to eat at least half of the calories your burn from working out. Doctor told me when you're plateauing just keep pushing forward and eating just a little more. Good luck!

I used it before back in college and i lost weight but once I got off them I gained it all back. You seem like your doing well on the exercise and diet and don't want to lose the weight fast so you don't need them.

I went through it. I was always just doing cardio before but then i started Yoga and it was soooo hard at first. But I stuck with it. After just a few sessions i was feeling more comfortable and able to push myself through on advanced levels of the poses. Now I practice yoga at least twice a week. It's good for you.…
