Trouble with strength/yoga?

For several months, ive been used to walking and staying in my comfort zone and now when i try to add in strength/yoga exercises its more of a challenge then i ever thought it would be. Not giving up..for now im doing a few reps/sets of everything at a time..hoping to gain strength and have a more toned look in time. Anyone else going through this? Used to cardio and going through your comfort zone?

  • I went through it. I was always just doing cardio before but then i started Yoga and it was soooo hard at first. But I stuck with it. After just a few sessions i was feeling more comfortable and able to push myself through on advanced levels of the poses. Now I practice yoga at least twice a week. It's good for you. Hopefully you stick with it! Good luck
