I still got TONS more to lose myself, well over 100 lbs so I can understand how difficult this can be, I just now hit down 20 lbs which is a big goal for me. 150 plus days on the website.

Me too, i'm trying to keep track of everything but all day I been so hungry and also, since I quit smoking in the same week, its really tough for me... I never used measuring cups before other than putting sugar in my Koolaide, first time for everything now...lol
