I also use a Fitbit, I like that it synchs with MFP. I use a treadmill and the Fitbit works great.

Honestly, that's a lot of weight per week to lose. Set yourself a goal to be healthy, but don't put a time limit on it. You will find in 7 weeks, you will be very happy with yourself if you set a realistic goal and stick to it. I believe MFP asks you if you want to reassess after each 10 lb milestone as your body will adjust uniquely. It's just a standard milestone to ask you, are you losing the weight in an appropriate amount of time (not too fast), are you taking in enough calories, are you getting enough exercise?
