Agreed! You should also evaluate if you are really eating enough to compensate for your exercising. If you do not eat enough on a regular basis, you will end up feeling like you are starving which causes more problems than it solves. Look at your diary and look for patterns.

I am 5'2' and my goal is 135. I would set a 10% goal first and then set mini-goals to get to your goal. Look for a good height weight chart that looks at your build, age, etc. to find out what is realistic and something you can maintain. BMI helps too, but I think that you are on the right track. Enjoy the journey!

Try eating different foods than you always eat. Variety is the spice of life. You will break through the plateau. PS stay away from diet soda, add water and get plenty of sleep!

Same thing happened to me. I could not lose weight to save my life. I log even if I go over my calories for the day. Hang in there!

Have you tried the Sandwich Thins? I love them! 100 calories and they satisfy me for a while. We must work out at the same gym! It literally makes me sick when someone is wearing an entire bottle of cologne, perfume, or even worse-AXE, then gets on the treadmill next to me. This is why I started running outside. Car exhaust smells better than cheap cologne or Axe anyday!
