Well, considering I am madly in love with my partner and plan on marrying her, I am 100% in support of gay marriage! If someone is not gay, then someone else who is gay getting married is not going to affect them.

Oh my gosh...I don't know if I can do it. Really. It's a fantastic idea, seeing as how every time I choose to drink, I end up over on calories. =/ I will have to think about it. Maybe it'll be easier to think of as just 4-5 weeks...Not a forever kind of deal...

Partner felt my chest and said "Your boobs are getting smaller...I don't know how I feel about this" lol. That's only after losing a few lbs. I'm not big chested to begin with, so hopefully there will still be SOMETHING there when I get to my GW!

I don't go a morning without a couple cups of coffee! I used to use flavored creamers and LOTS of sugar. I've just switched to 1% milk and sugar free vanilla almond milk as a substitute and sometimes a tsp of brown sugar. I love sugar and cream, so it has been an adjustment for sure. If there's a time that works best for you, do it then. I can't exercise without food at any time. I can go so much faster and push harder with fuel to back it up.

I feel frustrated when people tell me I don't need to be losing weight when they are much bigger than me and also trying to lose weight. I may not be in the overweight/ obese category like them, but I have put on 20 lbs in the last year. I DO need to lose weight or even just get toned with weights and cut some body fat.…

You're right, it is addictive. I know logically weight can fluctuate a lot day to day, but still hop on daily. Someone else mentioned they took their scale to a friends house to get rid of the temptation. I think that's a fabulous idea.

You know what, if you want it bad, I bet you anything you will accomplish your goal, girl. Mine is 1500 plus exercise points, so today I am eating over 2000. I ate the most I've eaten for a while yesterday and was lighter today than yesterday :) Eating good foods and plenty of them is good!

Try not to feel guilty!!!! After a little while you will feel less bloated! It's ok to go over on occasion! If you do some exercise later, you can easily burn a lot of the extra calories off. TY for that link! According to that site my TDEE is 2335... I can't imagine trying to eat that many calories in healthy food! 12 hundred cal when eating completely healthy foods turned out to be hard today.
