I've been cutting down on sugar a lot these past couple weeks, and am still going over the amount (30 grams/ day) MFP suggests. I keep finding sugar in foods I didn't know it existed! My delicious tomato soup? 12 grams! A whole tomato? 3 more grams! And other weird foods you wouldn't think have sugar have lots. Plain…

Lost 4 lbs, then gained back 2. Advice?
Hi all, I am trying not to be discouraged here. Last week I lost about 4lbs, but then weighed in this morning and have gained two lbs back. My food diary is open, and I am open to any suggestions about changes that should be made! I don't want to continue to put on weight!
