The way I drink my coffee depends on my mood. I currently take mine with a tablespoon of nondairy coffee creamer, a dash of cinnamon, and a tablespoon (sometimes less) of a combination of molasses and agave nectar syrup. For goal achievement insurance, workout DVD's are key. Start your day by popping one of those things in the DVD player, they range anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes. You'll be surprised how much weight you lose!
