The way I drink my coffee depends on my mood. I currently take mine with a tablespoon of nondairy coffee creamer, a dash of cinnamon, and a tablespoon (sometimes less) of a combination of molasses and agave nectar syrup. All of this usually totals at around 100 calories or less! Summertime, I cut out the creamer completely…

For goal achievement insurance, workout DVD's are key. Start your day by popping one of those things in the DVD player, they range anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes. You'll be surprised how much weight you lose!
