I honestly havn't found it difficult. I think maybe the extra calories I'm getting from breastfeeding are keeping me more energized.

Thanks guys. It just says pushing a stroller. I would think the speed and also the weight..ie how many kids are in the stroller would make a difference.

I ate at my parents house the other day and after asking a bunch of questions about what my mom put in everything, I asked for a 1/4 cup measuring cup and used it to measure what I put on my plate.

If I eat a larger meal then I feel sick now...that's enough pain, I don't add guilt as well.

Some swear by their cheat days for overcoming plateaus. Once in awhile they might eat a thousand or more calories than usual and it seems to work. With your allergies, it could take some research to find some higher calorie yet nutrient rich food.

You COULD put a lock on your fridge and cupboards so you have to unlock and therefore give yourself more time to think about what you are doing.

I added about 600 calories to my total calories for the day because 300 was not enough and I was getting dizzy. I am now aiming for around 1850 a day with ebf. I added a bit extra because I am ebf my almost 5 month old but I have an older daughter who also will have bm every so often.

I was only allowing 300 cals for ebf. I will up that. and I think i should not have skipped my morning snack...ty

I'm just really excited to be drinking the water I should because I know it is making my body function properly and keeping kidney stones farther away!
