Anyone eat a tray of brownies today?
Did you ever eat one thing all day long and nothing else so you could have it as much as you wanted? A tray of brownies is 2000 calories, you could start in the morning and just keep going.

Keeping my diary ten days is a huge deal to me as I'm not usually good at keeping with things. I'm calling it a great success! I love open diaries. Talk about accountability for me!

does pushing a stroller include walking?
When I put in my exercise of pushing a stroller, do I need to add the walking also or is it included in the pushing of the stroller. It seems like it should be included but the numbers aren't making sense. Give me your thoughts?

shaking
I am shaking while I try to type, was shaking while trying to pay for lunch also. I'm guessing it is because I am not having enough calories? I am breastfeeding and chasing after a toddler as well....any thoughts on how to track all this any differently in my exercise area?

staple snacks?
So I've got the Cheerios for my iron, but what else can I add that will be low in calories to make a trail mix sort of "go to snack"? I would like something to up my calcium and my potasium as those are things that are lacking so far. THANKS!!!
