Turkey comes in some super great forms, one of my favorites is the spicy Sausage style, i add it to my homeade chicken soup sometimes. Also shrimp is always good to add as meat (as long as your not alergic)

Are you taking this with a Gym? Zumba classes are fantastic fun, just make sure you get to one that isnt too packed.
