I love it. I started over a month ago b/c a studio near my house had a special with groupon. Typically, burn between 500-600 calories each class. Go for it.

Excellent question..my first goal was 150 lbs, but when I talked to a trainer at the beginning of the year I was told my Body fat was 30% even though I've lost over 20 lbs and I am a size 8. Now I think I should be between 135-140 with more muscle, but don't know when I will get there!!

Glad to see so many positive posts abot C25K...I plan on starting C210K in January after ankle injury is healed.
