Hi! I need to change up my daily routine ...I am currently exercising about 4 days a week, I try to add one exciting thing to do with my 7 year old daughter on Saturdays!!! Last Saturday we went rollerskating! I diet, low carbs, about 2 cheat days a week....hit a plateau! Any suggestions?? thanks!

Hey :-) If you're only doing it once a week and you are hanging out with friends and being happy, which lowers your stress levels!! then enjoy yourself sweetie! Tht can be counted as your cheat day!
