What's your daily calorie intake?

Try to keep yourself as busy as possible. I notice that when I'm starting a diet I really can't have a lot of free time or I'll cheat.

I've lost about 23 pounds on the turbo cycle. I usually eat about 1100 calories on low carb days and 1300 on high carb days.

I've lost about 23 pounds doing carb cycling. It's the first diet I can really see becoming an actual lifestyle. The guilt-free days keep me sane.

It's really hard to eat every three hours at first. The first few weeks I kept feeling either really hungry or sick of shoving food in my mouth constantly. It passes. Now I am six weeks in and down almost 19 lbs. Maybe you should try the turbo. It's not quite as much food.

On high carb days I eliminate the healthy fats and just go with protein, carbs, and veggies for my meals.

Anyone that doesn't think it is exercise obviously hasn't ever ridden seriously! English riding is definitely more strenuous. It's mostly effective for leg toning. My legs are the one area that I'm not trying to lose weight in. I ride English competitively and have 6 horses.

This stuff doesn't work at all. There is a reason that the only positive reviews you can find for it on the internet are from people who are selling it.

I'm following the vemma bode carb cycling plan. Low carb days basically consist of protein shakes, yogurt, protein, and veggies. On high carb days you can add in a little fruit and whole grains. High carb days are not really that high in carbs, just relative to the low carb days. Let me know if you have any questions. This…

I've been doing the carb cycling program along the vemma bode products for two weeks now and I'm down 11.4 lbs. I usually have a difficult time making it through even a couple of days on a diet, but I love this one. It's very structured but it works. I was initially nervous about trying this because most of the positive…
